Anatomics BioModel technology allows for the presurgical fabrication of custom craniofacial implants of arbitrary complexity. Anatomics provides acrylic or titanium implants for a range of conditions: craniotomy defects, tumour resections, facial trauma, cosmetics. Additionally, BioModels can be used to preshape off-the-shelf implants before surgery.

Surgeons have reported that using BioModelling to custom shape implants preoperatively can reduce operating time and risk of infection, and improve implant cosmesis and fit. They can also allow assessment of defects and implants preoperatively, and improve fixation, as well as patient informed consent.
